It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day activities of your student organization, but in order to make a real impact this school year on your campus; your student organization needs to focus on “big picture” planning. This presentation will give you the tools you need to position your organization for success. You’ll learn about the importance and impact of mission and vision statements.

The presenter will also walk you through the process of a SWOT analysis in order to evaluate your organization and implement strategies to increase your organization’s effectiveness. You’ll discover the difference between strategies and tactics; and how to utilize both in your planning. Participants will walk away with framework for establishing achievable organizational goals.
