Presenter: Rev. Dr. Jamie Washington
It’s nearly impossible to avoid conflict. Every team goes through natural stages of excitement and frustration while working together. This seminar will equip you with the tools you need to resolve a variety of conflicts you may experience as a student leader. (75 minutes)

Developing and Strengthening an Unstoppable Team
Presenter: Kristin Skarie

Strategic Planning for Student Leaders

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day activities of your student organization, but in order to make a real impact this school year on your campus; your student organization needs to focus on “big picture” planning. This presentation will give you the tools you need to position your organization for success. (75 minutes)

Defining Leadership Roles and Conducting Efficient Meetings
Presenter: Michael DeRosa Being an effective meeting leader is a skill your team members can and will utilize for the rest of their careers. This seminar will help get them on the road to proficient meeting management. (75 minutes)
