Hotel Reservations

The conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Boston hotel. The hotel has reserved a block of rooms for NCSL attendees at a reduced rate who make their reservations no later than March 15, 2013.

Be sure to mention that you are attending the NCSL Conference to receive the following discounted rates (rates do not include 14.45% room tax):

NCSL strongly urges you to make your reservation at the Hyatt Regency Boston before March 15, 2013. The hotel will not guarantee availability to conference attendees after this date and the discounted room rate will no longer apply.

Transportation and Travel Details

Airport Information:

The closest airport is Logan International Airport, (BOS) which is about 15 minutes from the hotel.

Transportation to Hotel:

Rail: The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) subway system has stops near the hotel.

• Price per trip is $2.00 to ride anywhere in the city and surrounding suburbs.
• The Hyatt Regency Boston is one block from a Green line stop.

Taxi: A taxi from Logan International Airport costs approximately $25.00 one way.

Parking:

• Self Parking at the Hyatt Regancy Boston: $32 per day.
• Hyatt Regancy Boston Overnight valet parking: $43.00 per day.
• Hourly public parking is available in the public garage adjacent to the hotel.
  Vehicles with clearance over 6'4", oversized vans, and busses cannot be accommodated in the parking garage. 
• Local open air lots can be recommended, contact the hotel concierge at 617-422-5550.
