Learning Outcomes
Following participation in an NCSL conference, attendees should be able to fulfill one or more of the following:
Identify areas of personal leadership strength and areas for personal leadership enhancement;
Define and practice skills which enhance effective, meaningful, and culturally competent communication and connection between individuals, organizations, and societies;
Develop and refine skills and characteristics that advance the mission of your organization and campus, while also increasing your success as a student leader;
