Conference Fees Per Person

Conference fees include keynotes, workshops, materials and handouts for sessions you attend, opening night reception, two lunches, and three breakfasts.

To qualify for multiple registration discounts, all registrations from an organization must be submitted together.

A registration form is required from each individual attending. If you wish to make a reservation now, but don’t know which individuals will be attending, write “to be named” on the registration page and notify us later of the correct name.

Certified Student Leader^® Program: before November 1, 2012 is $129. On or after November 1, 2012 is $149.
Advisors Pre-Conference: before November 1, 2012 is $129. On or after November 1, 2012 is $149.

Notes

• Online registration ends on November 1st, 2012. After that date/time please call or register on-site.
• Pre-payment required on all international registrations.
• The charge on your account will come from our parent company, Magna Publications.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by September 11, 2012. Cancellations received after this date are subject to a $150 service charge per person. Cancelling a registration after October 16, 2012 will require payment of the full registration fee. Persons who sign up for the conference but do not attend will be charged the full registration price. Substitutions or name changes can be made at any time. All cancellations must be received in writing. You can also email your cancellation notice to our customer service department at support@ncslcollege.com. Include 'Cancellation for NCSL November 2012' in the subject line of the email.
