Special reduced rates for NCSL participants
The reduced room rate for NCSL attendees is $165 single, double, triple, or quad occupancy and is offered three days prior and three days following the conference dates. The rate does not include tax (12.5%).

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is the closest commercial airport to the
conference hotel, located 19 miles from the Buena Vista Palace.
Ground Transportation
Mears Motor Shuttle
Mears Motor Shuttle operates a non-exclusive, shared ride van shuttle from each of the terminals. No reservations are necessary as the shuttle departs throughout the day and evening every 30-40 minutes from level one. Tickets can be purchased at any of the Mears booths conveniently located throughout the airport, in both baggage claim and on level one or you can book on line at: www.mearstransportation.com. Mears Motor Shuttle Group Discounts
Group discounts are typically more cost effective than the shared ride shuttle for larger groups. If you are travelling with over 7 passengers arriving together on the same flight call Mears Customer Service Department at 407-422-5566. For groups arriving together with over 10 passengers, contact Mears Group Sales at 407- 839-1570.
Taxi Service
Taxis are available from level one without a reservation for an approximate cost of $40.00 – 45.00 each way.
