Register 9 or more with your group and your advisor attends free!
Advisor Attends Free
If your group is registering 9 or more participants and are taking advantage of the “advisor attends free” special bonus, at least 9 paid registrations are required and the complimentary registration must be used by an advisor. If you are registering online, you will have the option of registering an advisor for free after completing 9 registrations. For the print and mail/fax method of registering, there are two pages in the PDF file and page 2 is the complimentary advisor registration form. When choosing the email option for registering, be sure to indicate which registrant is the advisor.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing.
Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by September 22, 2008 for San Diego. Cancellations received after this date are subject to a $150 service charge per person. Cancellations made after the final cut-off date of October 17, 2008 for San Diego will result in full registration fee. Persons who register for the conference but do not attend will be charged the full registration fee. Substitutions or name changes can be made at any time. You can also email your cancellation notice to our customer service department at custserv@magnapubs.com. Include 'Cancellation for NCSL San Diego conference' in the subject line of the email.
