Registration

Conference fees include keynotes, workshops, materials and handouts for sessions you attend, opening night reception, two lunches, and three breakfasts.

To qualify for multiple registration discounts, all registrations from an organization must be submitted together. A registration form is required from each individual attending. If you wish to make a reservation now, but don’t know which individuals will be attending, write “to be named” on the registration page and notify us later as to the correct name.

Call in advance for on-site registrations. (Cost $559)
Registrations received after October 18, 2010 will be billed at the on-site rate.

Pre-payment required on all international registrations.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by September 13, 2010. Cancellations received after this date are subject to a $150 service charge per person. Cancelling a registration after October 18, 2010 will require payment of the full registration fee. Persons who sign up for the conference but do not attend will be charged the full registration price. Substitutions or name changes can be made at any time. All cancellations must be received in writing. You can also email your cancellation notice to our customer service department at support@magnapubs.com. Include 'Cancellation for NCSL November 2010' in the subject line of the email.
