Jermaine M. Davis is an award-winning professor of Communication Studies at Century College. He is the founder and CEO of two companies: Seminars & Workshops, Inc. and Snack Attack Vending of Minnesota. Jermaine is a Certified Diversity Professional from Cornell University (CCDP), a designation which is held by only 250 diversity professionals within the US. He is the author and co-author of six books including: Get Up Off Your Butt & Do It NOW!, Leading with Greatness, Be Diversity Competent, and The NOW Factors of College Success. Jermaine grew up in Chicago’s housing projects and after losing six family members to violent deaths, he was inspired to become a professional speaker and an inspirational writer. As one of the country’s most requested speakers and college entertainers, Jermaine delivers presentations to some of America’s leading organizations and colleges including: Penn State, Loyola University, Best Buy, Wells Fargo, Ohio University, Enterprise Rent-A- Car, University of Minnesota, and Boise State University.
