Jay has more than 30 years experience in adventure-based training, making him a natural choice for leading and teaching people of all ages. He offers an unparalleled viewpoint of the value of self-knowledge, the collaborative nature of leadership, and the role of leader as servant. By sharing and examining these perspectives in an interactive, experiential manner, he takes the lessons learned and connects them back to everyday life. Jay is a master of using natural settings and adventure-based experiences to teach leadership, teamwork, and self-esteem. Currently, Jay is co-owner of Story Teller Travels. He is also a senior instructor for the Wilderness Education Association and is serving on the board of directors for the Greenway and Nature Center of Pueblo, Colorado.
