Teamworks President, Kristin Skarie, is an international speaker, educator, and entrepreneur with twenty-two years of team-building experience with college, corporate, and community organizations. Based in Rochester, NY, Teamworks is an established group of talented facilitators who value education as a key component to creating sustainable change in the world. Kristin’s background includes higher education administration and organization development in healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. She is a Lead Facilitator for the LeaderShape Institute and the Kiwanis Key Leader Program. She received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of Wisconsin and her Masters in Higher Education Administration from Indiana University. Kristin's approach to team development is rooted in having a shared vision, open communication, and regular opportunities for fun at work.
