National Center for Student Leadership Satisfaction Guarantee

All of our products (including online program training CDs, online courses, and whitepapers) have a 30 day, 100% money-back guarantee starting from the date the product is received. To expedite a return, please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by contacting Customer Service by email (support@ncslcollege.com) or by phone (800-433-0499 ext.2 or 608-246-3590 ext.2). Include this number with your returned products.

Products ineligible for return or refund include: 

• Any product not purchased from the National Center for Student Leadership.
• Any product returned without original packaging, including binders, CD/DVD cases, and all other items originally included with the product.
• Any product that exhibits physical damage or is not in re-sellable condition.
• Any electronic files that were downloaded from our web site.

National Center for Student Leadership  Spring 2012 Conference Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by February 23, 2012. Cancellations received after this date are subject to a $150 service charge per person. Cancelling a registration after March 8, 2012 will require payment of the full registration fee. Persons who sign up for the conferenc,e but do not attend, will be charged the full registration price. Substitutions or name changes may be made at any time. All cancellations must be received in writing. You may also email your cancellation notice to our customer service department at support@ncslcollege.com. Include 'Cancellation for NCSL Spring 2012' in the subject line of the email.

National Center for Student Leadership Fall 2012 Conference Cancellation Policy:

Full refunds will be given for cancellations received by September 11, 2012. Cancellations received after this date are subject to a $150 service charge per person. Cancelling a registration after October 16, 2012 will require payment of the full registration fee. Persons who sign up for the conference but do not attend will be charged the full registration price. Substitutions or name changes can be made at any time. All cancellations must be received in writing. You can also email your cancellation notice to our customer service department at support@ncslcollege.com. Include 'Cancellation for NCSL November 2012' in the subject line of the email.
